TERMS OF SERVICE
-All private commissions are for personal, non-commercial use. If you'd like a quote for any piece demanding exclusive or commercial rights, contact me directly at miasmatikart@gmail.com with details to discuss.
-I reserve the right to refuse to draw any subject or material, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Bigoted or hateful content is a no.
-I will email you once I have reviewed your submission, let you know if I can accept it, and give you a final quote.
-Upon completion of the piece, you will receive a high-quality (300dpi) digital file of the finished work. You are welcome to make your own prints or request that I add your piece to my print store, but I will not personally provide physical copies of any commissioned work.
-I ask that you credit me if you post the art online (@miasmatik_art on Twitter & Instagram; @miasmatik on Tumblr)

PAYMENT & INVOICING
-I handle all payments through PayPal invoicing. I will only invoice you after we have both agreed to start.
-You can either pay 100% upon start, or 50% upon start and 50% upon completion.
-I will give you an estimated turn-around time for your piece when I send over the invoice. If I need more time for any reason, I will contact you and let you know.
-I'll gladly make minor adjustments by request before finalization. Significant revision requests may incur an extra fee.
